| Tender Description | construction of guest house/tarnsit hostel cleaning of jungle including of rank vegetations grass bush wood trees and saplings of grith up to 30cm layout of building earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width aswell as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by engineer-incharge. earth filling in under floor by avilable earth including watering, ramming comlete of work supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floor including watering, ramming, consoldating and dressing complete. providig and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4 c.sand: 8 stone ballast 40mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and t&p etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of form work in foundation and floors. r.c.c. works with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm.
