| Tender Description | license fee in terms of per sqm per month rate for 1st year of license period in rupees, payable to nmrc sec - 81 ground floor _ gr. - 1 sec - 81 ground floor _ gr. - 2 sec - 81 1st floor/concourse _ cl - 1 sec - 81 1st floor/concourse _ cl - 2 sec- 83 upper ground floor depot 1st floor/concourse level note:- potential bidder must quote financial offer against the offered space as per their choice and fulfilling eligibility criteria in terms of rate per sqm per month. the selection will be done on h1 quote basis w.r.t. nmrc’s internal reserve price for each offered space among the financial quote(s) received for that particular space. the license fee rate will be escalated @ 20% after completion of each three years of license period on compounding basis. |
