| Tender Description | a) cleaning/ painting of walls , floor, and partitions(i) the floor area is to be deep/ machine cleaned.(ii) removal of the existing paint from walls, partitions and ceiling, applying birlawhite putty and complete painting for the entire flat with branded qualitydistemper.(iii) ceiling is to be white washed.(iv) aluminum partitions are to be cleaned and painted with distemper.b) windows, doors & wardrobe(i) all existing doors, windows, grills etc. should be repaired or replaced, whereverrequired.c) plasteringplugging the source of water seepages, if any & repair thereof are to be carried out.removing of damaged plaster, providing & fixing the damaged rcc concrete with pmmtreatment, providing 1.5 cm plaster where ever required.d) debris clearance:the vendor shall safely dispose/remove the entire debris a n d other waste/scrap material arising out of renovation work without any dispute with bsnl authorities. |
