| Tender Description | Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster incl. disposal of to the dumping ground within 50mtr lead Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary : Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm Supplying and fixing fixed wire gauge of 14 mesh x 24 gauge to the metal frame of rolled section by metal beading 20x3mm with suitable at not exceeding 150 mm distance. Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finished: 20 mm thick. Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge)including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 finesand) as per standard design : Labour charges for repair to door / window without using anymaterial such as applying randha (finishing) tightening of bolts& etc. Providing and fixing steel glazed doors windows andventilator shutters of standard rolled steel section (IS 10 |
