Details: broad scope of work: design and engineering of the project including civil architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, environmental sewerage, fire hvac, furniture & it networking. obtaining statutory approvals for design and drawings wherever applicable. project management and construction supervision as per design requirements by calling tender for appointment of contractor. obtaining completion / occupancy certificate if applicable. handing over the facilities to owner. maintenance of building / campus during the defect liability period of 12 months from date of handover.
