| Tender Description | cleaning & disinfecting above 2000 litre water tank including masonry reservoir. supply & dosing of hypochlorite including loading,unloading,carriage & all other incidental charges complete(incl of all taxes). supplying & conducting the necessary laboratory test (raw water, treated water & other tests related to the supply of potable water as and when required) from any nabl accredited laboratory, institution/department the payment for such testing will be the actual cost plus 10%(ten percent) profit (submission original voucher from concerned organizations is mandatory for payment) . added gst @ 18% added cess @ 1% |
