Tender Description Annual Maintenance Contract of M/S Masterā€™s Software (ERP RF-CAMPUS) modules with Onsite one ā€˜Application Deployment Engineerā€™ and one ā€˜Developer Personā€™ with Add on ModulesNote:1. Latest & Valid Authorization Certificate from manufacturer should be enclosed along with your offer. 2. In the event of a work-order, Performance Security @ 5% of the work order value is to be submitted.3. The bidder has to submit EMD of Rs. 67,300 /- with technical bid (Refer chapter 5 class No. 04 of the tender document of details) and MSE bidder should submit the security declaration certificate as per Annexure-3.4. Latest Source code and database must be given to SVNIT and SVNIT agree to that source code of the M/S Masterā€™s (ERP RF-CAMPUS) Software will be used by SVNIT, Surat and by the SVNIT staff.5. Work order may be extended further 2 years, year to year based on performance with same terms and condition, with same specification.6.
