Tender Description Installation of steel product pipe by HDD method including preparing and setting up the plant and equipment ,preparing new pipe-work material, installing new pipe-work and commissioning system or making the system ready for commisioning by HDD operation including all related civil and mechanical works line excavation, shoring/strutting etc drilling stringing,reaming and pulling back the new pipe work on the designed bore path alignment proper disposal of drilling fluid and back fill of site after completion all inclusive as per IndSTT :101-2018: Code of Practice for Horizontal Direction Drilling Technique Suiting Indian Conditions. upto i/c 280mm dia. Providing Mild steel Pipes fabricated/manufactured out of MS Plates of steel grade Fe 410 as per IS:3589-2001 or out of HR coils of same/equivalent grade; internally lined with cement mortar confirming to Is 3589 :2001 and having external/outside epoxy coating ; complete in all respect ; with upto date amendments in relevent IS codes
