| Tender Description | clearing jungle/ grass/ malba/ building / waste materials etc including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, above ground level mechanically/manually whichever required and removal of up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared. disposal of building / malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. cost index @3% note: during execution of work if any fine/challan/penalty is received from ngt, mcd,dpcc/cpcb, local body or any other govt. agency, the same shall be solely borne by theagency failing which the amount of challan will be recovered from the bill of agency. nothingextra will be paid to agency on this account. |
