Tender Description providing, supplying & running of chauffer driven four wheeler vehicle running on cng in good condition for official use under pwd secretariat (ertiga/innova or equivalent) on monthly hiring basis including driver, fuel, oil, mobile oil, cng gas etc. the cost of maintenance and fuel, i.e. cng/ lubricant and repair etc. shall be borne by the agency. for the purpose of payment duty of 8 hours (i.e. 9:30 am to 5:30 pm) shall be considered as per day job as per direction of engineer-in-charge. per day rate of 8 hours duty and upot 80 km per day. extra for running vehicle beyond 80 km in a day or for running vehicle on sundays. (running extra km will be measured as per log book and as per direction of engineer-in-charge. ) extra hourly charge for duty beyond 8 hrs (i/c lunch hour) duty before and after normal duty hour as provided in item no. 1 above. (running extra hours will be measured and paid for as per log book and as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
