| Tender Description | arrival and departure arrangements at kathmandu :- (a) 1 x 20 seater bus for two days for local duties in kathmandu on arrival and 1 x 20 seater bus for two days for local duties before departure from kathmandu on completion of the expedition. (b) food and accommodation charges at (full board) kathmandu in standard 4 star hotel for 04 nights prior to departure and 04 nights on completion of the expedition. charges for local sightseeing to pashupatinath and boudha temple custom clearance. custom clearance, liaison work, coordination, documentation and all related services at kathmandu airport(if required), sunnoli boarder and other places as required. (note: also handling agency will be responsible for moving of expedition stores to kathmandu and provide reception transport, boarding, lodging with all meals enroute from entry border point to kathmandu. the agency will be responsible for ensuring safety of stores during transit to kathmandu and ahead and will make up for losses enrout |
