| Tender Description | the scope of work involves the supply, installation, commissioning, and testing of fixed-mounted anti-smog water guns with a minimum mist spray range of 80 meters, to be installed on the rooftops of high-rise buildings. the anti-smog gun will include a high-volume, high-pressure blower with a 18.3 kv (25 hp) motor and high-efficiency vent and air-flow straightener, along with electric protection, pag impeller (50 hz,ie-2, 415v) . the system will feature an air straightener and inbuilt silencer made of mild steel fitted in the blower exhaust. the nozzle ring will have 1.5” ss nozzles, operating at 100 bars with a ¼” welded socket, containing removable and cleanable nozzles arrangement outer and inner ring, with at least 50 nozzles ss304 having a ¼” finest orifice to generate fine mist particles, effective for controlling dust particles as small as 10 microns. the fan safeguard mesh shall be made of mild steel, and the jack motorized lifting mechanism shall allow for 0-45 degree autom |
