Tender Description amc for servicing & maintenance of schaubline 150 lathe machine & moor jig boringmachine is at, pmd, barc vashi complex, navi mumbai. b) the annual maintenance contract is for a period of one year (4 days per visit for all three machinesand 4 visits per year).c) maintenance and repair of above said machines includes carrying out routine checking. preventive maintenance after every 3 months and service calls of breakdown and replacement of spares.d) the worn-out/defective parts removed from the machine will be the property of pmd. e) preventive maintenance of all mechanical elements, electrical/electronic systems, machinepneumatic, hydraulics, lubrication & cooling system etc. to be carried out for trouble free performance of the machine.f) breakdown calls shall be attended as and when required. corrective maintenance includes maintenance activity after breakdown of hardware and entails running of diagnostics, identification of the fault and taking suitable action to rectify the fault.g
