Tender Description Vertical BucketElevatorVertical Bucket Elevator: -➢ Self-supporting, Continuous gravity flowdischarge Vertical Bucket Elevators havingmodular design with sheet metal fabricated onCNC / Laser machine.➢ Head, Middle Casing & Boot shall be made of2.0 mm, 1.6 mm & 2.0 mm MS sheet respectively.The Head shall have detachable split cover foreasy access to head pulley with rubber lininginside and equipped with adjustable throat plate.Head and Boot pulley shall be crowned forimproved belt traction. Boot shall be V-bottomed,self-cleaning type equipped with belt tensioner,equipped with two removable slide gates &bottom tray for its easy and fast cleaning afterusage/when commodity needs to be changed. Theboot pulley shall be specially designed wing typeto prevent damage to the seed. Both Head & BootPulley Shall be mounted on heavy duty shafts withself-aligned bearings. Middle casing shall haveBelt inspection door at suitable height.➢ The belt shall be Synthetic (3 ply) and speedshall not exceed 1
