Description: The agency shall follow up with the concerned department to prepare necessary estimates for the work of Conversion of High Tension to Low Tension, assessment, installation and commissioning of new single-phase and 3 phase meters for each component such as building, agent office rooms, rest rooms, canteen, borewell, parking area lights and high mast lights etc., along with rectification work wherever required including preparation of estimates for the electrical work to be done and obtaining approval from the Competent authority and commissioning the same. Cost of all quality materials, labor, usage charges of machineries and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications of the concerned department and as directed by supervising engineer in charge of the work in the premises of D. Devaraj Urs Truck Terminal, Mysore-Nanjangud Ring Road Junction, Mysore on turnkey basis and get approval from the competent authorities before executing the work in favor of the Managing Director, DDUTTL, in the Premises of D. Devaraj Urs Truck Terminal The agency shall work as directed by the concerned department authorities and hand over the site after satisfactory completion and commissioning of the entrusted work. The agency shall communicate the progress of the work to DDUTTL and complete the work within stipulated time.
