Description: Scope of Work The scope of services to be provided by the Transaction Advisor as described below 1. Development of Project Concept Report 2. Master Plan &Feasibility 3. Project Structuring & Development Strategy 4. Appointment of Development Partner 5. Reporting 6. Data to be made available by the Authority 7. Meetings 8. Completion of Services The Consultant shall compile all the study outputs including the primary data generated during the study and submit to the Authority in soft copy in addition to the various reports indicated in this TOR.
