Any Tenderer whose quote is less than the Estimated Tender Total, shall be considered as Non-responsive and such quote will be summarily rejected. Further the Tenderer shall MANDATORILY submit an UNDERTAKING(ANNEXURE-N) that its Quote is Equal or Above the Estimated Tender Total.-1.0-AS PER TENDER DOCUMENT:Please refer to Form-9B of the Tender Document before quoting ;
