| Tender Description | design,supply testing & comissioning of clean room system providing and fixing 50 mm thick prefabricated walkable alumium grade panels ceiling the panel should have a composite construction of two skins, alumium grade 3003/100 and other side sheet is ppgi sheet of 0.6 mm thick. and these two sheets are held together with aluminum ‘w’ section of 48mm x 10.2mm for frame work & inner space between two sheets is filled with puff insulation with density of 40kg per cubic meter. the panel size should be 1.20mts x 3.00 mtrs. the stainless steel surface should be brush / mat finish with antiglare property. the false ceiling panels are designed in such way that to fit within each other. there shall be minimum joints. if joints are necessary the panels will be jointed each other by using aluminum ‘h ‘ section 29 mm x 42 mm for interlock system. and all panel joints will be sealed by using compressible food grade silicon sealent to ensure air tight vapor tight construction. the false ceiling sh |
