Tender Description providing & injecting polyurethane injection rigid resin (viscosity of 200mpa, density of 1.13kg/d m3, compressive strength of 40mpa & flexural tensile strength of 35mpa) to arrest water leakage and dampness surface drilling 14mm dia holes by electric hand held drill machine uo to a depth 200 to 300mm wherever required fixing non corrosive aluminum injection packers with non return valve to facilitate the injection then inject polyurethane injection/epoxy the cost inclusive of all materials machinery labour transport etc,complete as per the directions of engineer-in-charge;sealing of cracks/porous concrete by injection process through /grouting complete as per technical specification a. cement grout;identifying and plugging the suction points on d/s of tailrace gates of unit -2 in and around gate grooves where the heavy seepage is observed with cementatious non shrink, rapid setting, multipurpose compound including cost of diving and communication, fixing of nozzles wherever required,
