This tender is published for AMC (CAMC) of Various Safety Equipment Installed at POL Locations Across India This tender is having total 14 schedules. Nos. of vendors required for the job: 01 nos for each respective schedule. Validity of PO: 3 year from date of respective PO in each each schedule. The job shall be finalized basis the all-inclusive overall lowest offer obtained in each schedule of the tender. The job shall be awarded to single party in each schedule. Security Deposit of 1%, Retention money of 10% applicable. EMD is schedule wise and details given in the tender document. If any bidder is participating in more than one schedule, then the total EMD amount shall be the combined value of the amounts mentioned against the respective schedules Evaluation criteria shall be schedule wise overall lowest basis. CPBG CLAUSE: Composite Performance Bank Guarantee (CPBG) of 10% of PO value towards Performance Bank Guarantee inclusive of Security Deposit can be accepted (in lieu of deduction of retention money of 10% from each bill); Such composite PBG shall be valid up to a period of 3 months beyond the expiry of defect liability period. Post submission of bids by tender due date, Bidder shall not be allowed to furnish any new experience or turnover details not included in list of details of PQC-financial and technical furnished in their Bid. However, HPCL reserves the right to seek clarification or document with reference to details mentioned in the list of details of PQC-financial and technical or any submitted document related to experience and turnover, for completing evaluation, if so required. Bidders are requested to submit all required supporting documents pertaining to PQC-financial and technical at the time of submission of bid itself. Bidders are advised to read the clause on Planning and Designing in purview of Vulnerability Atlas of India incorporated in this tender before bidding. NOTE- EXEMPTION DOCUMENT (IF APPLICABLE) SHALL BE UPLOADED IN THE EMD SECTION OF THE TENDER FAILING WHICH THE UNPRICED BID OF THE BIDDER SHALL NOT BE OPENED AND THE BIDDER SHALL BE REJECTED ON THE BASIS OF NOT SUBMITTING THE EMD. ONLY UDYAM REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE SHALL BE ACCEPTED AS VALID MSE CERTIFICATE FOR EXEMPTION OF EMD FOR MICRO AND SMALL ENTERPRISES. Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) shall upload Valid UDYAM REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE as per prevailing guidelines of Ministry of MSE on line and there is no need to drop the MSE Certificate in the tender box. However if you are claiming MSE status and the bid is submitted without uploading upload Valid UDYAM REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE on- line in the appropriate place along with the rest of your bid, the bid shall be rejected. The GTC clause 4.A is not applicable and the above mentioned clause supersedes the GTC Clause 4.A
