Details: annual maintenance contract for fire hydrants, fire alarm & gas suppression system installed at dhruv (bridgeman ship simulator) building for the first year after the defect liability period to be carried out by authorised agency of oem. minimum one visit in every three months period shall be carried out and the scope include following works : (a) amc for fire alarm system:(i) testing of entire fire alarm system during site visit such as general servicing of manual call points including cleaning, checking etc. once in three months. (ii) general servicing of including cleaning. (iii) general servicing of fire alarm panel including cleaning & checking. (b) amc for fire hydrant system:-(i) testing of entire fire fighting system , once in three month.
