Details: To perform such services and execute such works as per the terms and condition contained or referred to in the tender documents and as per the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates (Part-I, Specifications) 2009 together with amendment No 1 to 3 and MES Standard Schedule of Rates (Part-II, Rates) 2020 and other rates as may be fixed under Condition 62 of IAFW-2249, General Conditions of Contracts together with errata 1 to 20 amendments No 1 to 49 forming part of tender documents during the period of one year from the date of acceptance of tender.NOTES:- (a) Amount inserted by MES under Col 5 (Estimated amount) shall be the CA amount and no cognizance shall be taken of the amount worked out under Col 6.
