Tender Description m&l for preparing black top / wbm road surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed. m&l for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen vg-10) @ 10 kg per 10 sqm after preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed. m&l for premix bituminous macadam (design mix) (consolidated thicked 75 mm or less) with 4% binder content using paving bitumen vg-30 grade by weight of total mix laid and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.note :- (a) premix bituminous macadam shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done with mechanical paver and asphaltic dense concrete work shall be done within 48 hours after completion of rolling and consolidation of bituminious macadam.(b)
