Details: monthly comprehensive (annual maintenance contract) of dx type precision type air conditioners by deploying respective original equipment manufacturer (oem) experienced engineer / technical staff for following equipement i. e. 3 nos x 20 tr capacity dx type precision air conditioners working 24 x7 round the clock at avc building data center, including electrical connections to inspect the operation of air conditioning units by the representative of oem (original equipment manufacturer) and carrying out preventive maintenance as per standard practice/ as per oem recommended repairs to defective component / equipment, detection of leak & rectifying the same, charging / topping up of the refrigerant gas complete all as specified and directed. (note : compressors, pcbs,sensors, rewinding of motors, refrigerant gas will be measured & paid separately under relavent item of this schedule)
