Details: M&L disconnecting the suction and delivery pipe lines, electric and water connections of centrifugal motor pump set 5 HP capacity and removing it from its position carefully and transporting the same to the workshop for carryout necessary repairs and refixing the same in its original position and re-connecting up of water and electric connections including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.Notes:- (i) Expendable stores like cotton waste / cleaning materials, lubricants, gland packing, metal filling, machining and transportation from site to the work shop and back are deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.(ii) Labour element is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. Supply only the following spares in repairs for centrifugal/ mono block pump set upto 5 HP capacity :- Ball bearing drive end Ball bearing for non driving end GM bush CI impeller MS pump shaft Gland cover M&L disconnecting the suction and delivery pipe lines and electric and water
