Details: Routine maintenance Electrical Equipments and Panels.(2 times/ month). Routine maintenance Mechanical Equipments.(2 times/ month). Maintenance/repair of Governor/ OPU system of Units.(Quarterly) Urgent restoration of unit by way of replacement of damaged T&J Bearing or Gland sleeves/packing, etc. Maintenance/repair of 11KV switch yard 3x400 KVA power transformers and 1x63 KVA auxiliary transformer. Dehydrating of 11KV switch yard 3x400 KVA power transformers and 1x63 KVA auxiliary transformer. Maintenance/repair of 45 KVA DG Set.(Quarterly). Maintenance of cooling system of Units and replacement of defective parts.(Quarterly). Arrangement for shutdown of Power House for winter season. Arrangement for restart of units after winter shutdown Snow clearance & Frazil chopping during winter from switch yard/equipments and cable trenches.(3 months) Repair/ restoration of Wear rings of turbine Unit. Maintenance/replacement of battery bank cells and charger. (Quarterly)
