Tender Description complete removal of existing treatment on wall (internal/ external)/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc (internal surfaces by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc) & (external surface by jet washer) complete all as specified and directed. m&l for preparation and applying minimum 1mm thick wall care putty over prepared surface and rubbing it with mechanical sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) to achieve the surface even and smooth for further application of finishes complete all as specified and directed. m&l for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having voc less than 50 gm/litre and uv resistance as per is 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer app
