Details: Comprehensive maintenance for Central Air Conditioning chilling package of (72X2=144TR) Scroll type refrigeration Compressor (Model No.ACWCDS078DPMN3X2D Make-Voltas Ltd) with refrigerant R407C with Microprocessor Panel and Suction and Discharge control valves including quarterly visits and monthly periodical inspection with any number of visits for attending emergency breakdowns of AC Plant during the month by the OEM/ Authorised dealer and also carrying out of periodical maintenance programme as per the inspection report provided by OEM company and servicing of power supply system of the AC Plant all complete subject to the following conditions:- NOTES FOR SERIAL ITEM NO 01 ABOVE(a) Descaling of condenser and chiller tubes to meet the designed specifications of flow of refrigerant in compressor and water in condenser.
