Details: Maintain of soft landscape of area about 30,936 sqm as detailed below: Attending on daily basis maintenance work of lawns, ground covers, creepers, flower beds, shrubs, hedges in and around the lawns are, inside th entire MANAGE campus including court yard, approach road connecting MANAGE campus, approach roads to office, internal roads including the berms, open areas involving various jobs explained in more details below including cost of all tools and equipment consumables, labour required, complete as per the instruction of the Engineer-in-charge. (QUOTED PERCENTAGE RATE INCLUDING SUPERVISOR PAYMENT AND ALL TOOLS AND INPUTS) A. Skilled - @ Rs. 915/- per day B. Semi - Skilled - @ Rs. 832/- per day
