Details: M/AC/E312-01Re-tubing of E312 final gas cooler with SA179 tubes after removal of old CS tubes fully.Tube Size : 19.05mm OD x 2.11 mm thk x 6000mm Long.No of Tubes : 936Rate shall be quoted for per tube M/AC/E312-02Dismantling of E312 end cups & channels / dummies, slip plating of shell side lines, removing of tube bundle along with tube sheets and fixing back the tube bundle in shell after re-tubing and fixing of end cups, channels / dummies, arrangements for pressure testing and removing back of slip plates on flanges with new gaskets after pressure testing.
