Details: scope of work:1. valve make: kirloskar 12” size gate valve raising spindle serviced more than 30 years - 8 nos.kirloskar 14” size gate valve raising spindle serviced more than 30 years (2 nos. raising spindle & 2 nos. non raising spindle) = 4 nos.2. seating removed from wedge and body by the contractor.3. new seating gunmetal to be machined and fixed in wedge and body with necessary groove formation required in wedge or body by contractor’s scope.4. spindle and nut to be checked if necessary to be replaced by the contractor’s scope.5. after completion of work hydraulic test to be tested at 6 kg/cm2 at presence of our mill engineer/chemist for leak proof.6. necessary joint, gland packing provided by the contractor.7. warranty will be given one crushing season.8. necessary bonnett fixing bolts, nuts fasteners provided by the contractor’s scope.
