Details: Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for Brick Masonry in lime mortar walls under 3m high. Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification. Supplying and filling in foundation in basement with filling river sand in layars of 150mm thickness well watered rammed and consolidated complyiny with relevant std specification including cost of supplying filling sand. Cement concrete 1:5:10 (One of cement five of sand and ten of HBG jelly )for foundation using 40mm gauge HBG jelly inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water where ever necessary ramming
