Tender Description Dismantiling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of to the dumping ground within 50 mtrs. Lead. 15 mm thick cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4( 1cement: 4 coarse sand) Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface water thinable cement primer Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture of required shade and colour complete . New work two or more coat Providing and applying white cement based putty of avg. thickness 2 mm of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the wall surface even and smooth. Complete job as per the instruction of engineer- in- charge .Note:- All the items in the BOQ are including of carriage
