Details: conducting structural inspection for primary & secondary wing of navy children school, under ge minniebay, port blair which include the following complete all as specified as directed. visual survey :- visual inspection for surface damages and its classification identification cracks and ascertain the causes of cracks as per is-456 and sp-25. the visual inspection shall cover entire area of the school bldg in and around (both internal and external) areas to identify the areas of high distress, corrosion, moisture, leakage, abnormal variations in structure, algae and fungus growth, efflorescence, etc., which includes indentification of cracks, alignment of columns & beams. visual inspection would be documented in the form of worksheets, photographic records, and distress over drawings. simple tools and instruments like camera with flash light, megnifying glass, binoculars, chisel and hammer, etc., shall be used for measuring the distresses as per site requirement as per aci 201.1r-14
