Details: Supply Installation Testing & commissioning of New Prime Movers(Engines) by replacing the damaged Engine Prime movers of 2x3000 KVA “MTU” DG sets installed at Phoenix Bay Power House of Electricity Department, Andaman & Nicobar Administration, Port Blair The Diesel Engine capable to deliver required net mechanical output to drive existing 11 KV, 3000 KVA alternator (Make:TDPS , Model: TD 110) to specified Electrical output( to full load) at 40 degrees centigrade. the supplied prime mover should have a continuous power output rating of 2000 KW: while supplying power/driving all electrical and mechanical auxiliaries connected to engine shaft and alternator terminal . The prime mover needs to operate continuously 24 hours a day and 6,000 hours a year. The declared capacity in KW shall be for continuous running ( Rating ) at variable load for unlimited hours i.e, Prime mover rating(PPR) rating as per ISO-8528.
