Details: Removing dry or oil bound distemper by scrapping sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface. Wall painting (one or more coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade. Finishing wall with superior quality waterproofing cement paint (super snow hem or equivalent) of required shade on old work (three or more coats) to give an even shade. Providing pandal to facilitate voters to stand in queue or for sitting space for voters on Election day. The Pandal shall be erected on G.I pipe frame work supported on woodern ballies / steel props with decorative cloth at the ceilling level supported on vertical wooden ballies /steel props.
