Distempering two or more coats with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new work over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Painting three or more coats with acryllic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture (such as weather shield,APEX) including applying one coat of cement primer and one coat of surface treatment etc. complete.
