Details: O and M of Power House Rebabbitting/white metaling of 2 No. UGB Pads of 30 MW unit of Giri Power House by Robotic Twin wire Electric Arc spray babbitting. The old babbit material shall be completely removed from the pads, the pad base shall be cleaned and de-greased, surface for babbitting by grit blasting to achieve roughness of 10Ra or more, rebabbitting of pads by Robotic Twin wire Electric Arc spray method, machining of pads to achieve the dimensions as per drawing, NDT testing of pads complete in all respects to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
