Details: SCHEDULE `A' PART -I (BUILDING WORKS) HOSPITAL Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead etc. complete with CM 1:4. Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. Providing and laying of ceramic glazed wall tiles of approved make in all colours of 300 x 450 size in walls/skirting over 12 mm thick bed of cm (1:3) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.30 kg per sqm incl pointing the joints with white cement. Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) havingVOC content less than 50 gms/litr
