Details: Providing, hoisting and fixing in position precast reinforced cement concrete solid blocks of required shape and size for road median including the cost of required centring, shuttering and finishing smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) on exposed surfaces complete but excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:11/2:3 (1 cement : 1 ½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including conveyance of the precast block from casting yard to site of fixing etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
