Details: The core objective for TPA is to provide objective assurance and audit services designed to monitor andassess the conformance by the DCO and add value to improve the State Data Centre operations. It helpsthe State accomplish the State Data Centre objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach toevaluate and improve the effectiveness of infrastructure, operations, service level management, controland governance processes. The third-party audit agency (TPA) will audit the implementation, operationsand management, security and compliance with standards and processes of the State Data Centre. Theaudit report prepared by TPA shall form the basis for payments to the DCO during the operations phase.
