Details: Preventive/ Break down Maintenance of follwing rating LT motors & its feeders/breakers. Job involves for preventive maintenance at motor side:- checked the motor terminal condition, cleaning & tightening of terminals and terminal links take the inductance, resistance & IR values with motor checker. Ensure earthing else rectify the same with suitable size wire/strip. For 415 Volt feeder side, jobs includes :- rack out the feeders, check the power contactors, power & control Fuses, tighten all power/control connections, cleaning of the feeders & control terminals etc. Check the coil resistance of the contractor. Replacement of overheated lugs at motor/ feeder side if observed, same should be replaced with new one.
