| Tender Description | servicing & preventative maintenance of existing 11 kv ht equipments installed in 11 kv substations ctu work shop depot-iii sector-25, chandigarh).. the 11 kv transformers (oil type), 11 kv ht vcb/acb panels (incoming /outgoing), bus coupler (incoming /outgoing) & 11 kv ht ct pt units should be checked, cleaned from outside & inside. thereafter the ht/ lt connections of transformers should be checked, tighten properly including replacement of loose/sparked thimbles etc. to make the same properly functional. the ht cable connections of the ht vcb/acb panels should also be tighten including replacement of loose/ sparked thimble etc. to make it properly functional. the main bus bar of the ht panel should also be checked & tightening of connections also be done. it also includes proper greasing of the moveable parts of the ht vcb/acb panels/ trolleys to make it smooth adjustment. the relays of the vcb/acb panels should also be checked according to the running load for providing proper trip |
