Details: 2 nos Dredge pump driving engine make- Cummins type NT-855 ,170 BHP each major overhauling is to be done by authorised dealer serv engg with all unit tappet clearance to check and adjust.fuel filter, oil and coolant filters renewal .Checking/repairing of Self starting system ,safety parameters,exhaust system ,lubrication system ,cooling system ,fuel system and repair to be done as required as per direction of EIC /surveyor with successful trial run shown .Both engine oil pressure sensor , running hour gauge meter sensor to repair/ renew as required as per direction of EIC. Labour charges Cost of spares (actual + 10%) 2 nos Gear box(centrifugal/dredge pump) make - Premium type H1-180 ratio 1.5/1P1 to be check and servicing to be done with renewal of spare parts ,port side gear box have leakage from sealing nut which need to arrest with required spare as shall be required for proper working as per direction of EIC/Surveyor.
