Details: revival of hc pumping units lohar 9 by way of repair to 630 kva power distribution transformer to be installed at cps sitlee by way of disconnecting of the hv supply of 630 kva electric transformer and of dismantling of hv/lv connection. lifting up the damaged transformer from the installed position with the help of crane and manual labour and loading in mechanical transport and shifting to workshop. the work shall be carried by skilled labour and every care should be taken to avoid any damage to transformer and other installations. draining out all transformer oil from its chamber. extracting out core of transformer by dismantling each limb of copper wound hv coil, extracting out the hv coil and its damaged insulation. servicing /cleaning and flush the oil tank by using chemical to clean all carbon deposit providing and fitting of new hv coils dpc-240 kg and providing and fitting of lv coil dpc- 225 kgs the hv/lv coil is fabricated out of enameled copper wire/ of requisite gauge.
