Details: design, consultancy and preparation of detailed estimates and boq for conceptual architectural designs for all the components, soil investigation structural designs for the development of buildings and other related facilities including vetting of drawings from iit/nit/diqc for construction of 02 bhk towers (g+6) with stilt parking (03 towers) at channi himmat jammu. the above drawings shall have to be provided as five (05) sets of hard copies (03 sets in a0 size and 02 sets in a3 sizes) & one set of soft copy or more if required.
