Details: repairs, servicing, maintenance & overhauling of 11kv, 1000 kw ht vertical slip ring motor (unit-1) as per the clause 16 & 17 of is- 900:1992 (to be read with the latest amendments) at lift water supply scheme tangnar stage 2nd by way of: -cleaning every part of stator & rotor by employing a compressor alongwith all accessories like blower, rubber hose pipes etc for removing dust, dirt, oil , grit and other entrapped foreign matter. the job further includes washing with isopropyl alcohol for complete removal of accumulated carbon and any residue foreign matter by employing highly skilled men conversant with the job. it shall be ensured that no damage takes place to the stator coils during their cleaning. repairs to the rotor of the motor by way of removing the partially damaged rotor insulation binding on the non-drive end side. the job further includes cleaning of the affected area by washing with isopropyl alcohol for complete removal of accumulated carbon and any foreign matter . t
