Details: dismantling of 11/0.4kv 100 kva transformer by way of disconnecting of all ht and lt connections, opening of top lid, draining out of t-oil and its safe placement for further refilling, taking out of coils after removal of core assembly etc. job also includes detaching of core hv/lv connections mechanical transportation, loading, unloading, dragging and handling of transformer to workshop, in a load carrier auto, mini-van or similar approximately 25km on an average. providing & fitting of finished new aluminium wire windings with insulation in place of damaged windings including labour costs and providing & fitting of insulating material like ht paper, lathered, cotton tape, sleeves, varnishing of the coil and heating in the heating chamber per kg of winding (12 coils @ 04kg/coil approximately) complete assembling of 11/0.4 kv transformer after cleaning of tank, fitting of coil assembly in the tank. job further includes closing of transformer lid by way of fitting of nuts, bolts, gaske
