Details: Hiring & Operation of 08 no. LMVs on monthly chargeable basis for 2x600 MW,RGTPP, Khedar Hisar for a period of 3 years PART-A :Hiring and operation of 3 no., min 5 seated AC model LMV with drivers, having commercial permit, on monthly charges basis for common pool requirement of RGTPP for a period of 3 year further extendable up to 03 months. Tentative running KM for these Vehicles will be around 3000 KM per vehicle per month. However, the bill will be paid on actual running basis. (Including all road Taxes passenger Taxes, Token taxes, M.C. Taxes and all other taxes except GST and toll tax).(As per Scope of work Part-A) PART-B :Hiring and operation of 1 no., min 8 seated, AC model, New Light Motor Vehicle having commercial permit on monthly chargeable basis for plying shift duty Officers/Officials from Hisar to Khedar & back ( 3 Shifts per day) at RGTPP, Khedar Hisar for a period of 3 years further extendable upto 03 months. Tentative running KM for this Vehicle will be around 1
