Details: Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (with out taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each all as specified . Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters without taking off shutters from the frame exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and all as specified . Taking down and refixing of alum window shutters of any size in same opening incl repairs /replacement of rubber packing,glass,glazing clips & aluminium section etc (The item glass,glazing clips & alum section will be measured seperately) Taking down aluminium door shutter ,Refixing of shutters of any size in same opening incl repairs / replacement of rubber packing,glass,glazing clips & aluminium section etc after tightening of members, adjusting of door closure etc. complete all as specified and directed (The item glass,glazing clips & alum section will be measured seperately) S&F in repairs door closer hydraulically regulated, aluminium (Die cast) body, designation No. 3, universal type
